Sukhyna Y. State Administration's Mechanisms of Innovative development of Foreign Economic Activity of Region

The object of the research is the government process of innovation development of foreign economic activity at the regional level. The aim of the research is theoretical justification of methodological principles and development of practical measures to improve the mechanism of the government process of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region. Research methods are the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The practical significance of the results - recommendations developed in the thesis and the results make organizational and methodological basis for determining the directions of improving the government mechanisms of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region. Scientific novelty of the results of the thesis consists in the development and theoretical grounding of the government mechanisms of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region, tools for their implementation through an integrated approach and advanced forecasting models. For the first time - the conceptual framework complex government mechanism of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region is proposed. It is improved - the system of government of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region; allocation system in the innovative development of foreign economic activity of the region on the basis of the proposed approach; the directions of implementing of the complex government mechanism of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region based on consideration of the volume of necessary expenses and investments. The theoretical justification of content of the notion "mechanism of governance"; defining the essence of the concept of "government mechanism of innovation development of foreign economic activity of the region" based on an analysis of theoretical approaches, domestic and foreign experience are received further development.
