Essay

The dissertation is an integrated study of kinds of activity, carried out by all kind of executive bodies and their classification with using of typology method. It is claimed that from the point of view of administrative law theory executive power could be defined as a part of state power, the essence of which is ability and possibility of state, represented by authorized institutions and persons, to organize practical exercising of people's will, formalized by state in laws and court decisions.
