The stages of foreigners' employment in Ukraine are established and characterized. The principles of foreigners' employment in Ukraine are revealed. The principles of foreigners' employment are defined as enshrined on the legal level basic, guaranteed by the state, guidelines, which are the basis for realizing above mentioned activity.
