Essay

The features of nonclassic usage of a law and legal phenomena as well as postmetaphysical character of nonclassic philosophic-legal way of thinking, modern philosophic-legal approaches to understanding of crime phenomenon have been disclosed in the thesis, representation of a crime in context of modern objectivistic philosophic-legal theories and intersubjective interpretation of the notion of "a crime" have been demonstrated. The main aspects of modern understanding of "a crime" phenomenon have been highlighted and analysed in objectivistic philosophic-legal theories: as phenomena of social "anomie", as a revolt against the system and as naturality of a human being. The notion of "a crime" has been disclosed in plane of existential-phenomenological ontology as well as through the correlation of a crime and the justice. It has been proved that the subject matter of the notion of "a crime" is formed in the context of an individual specific sociocultural area. The notion of "a crime" presented in nonclassic philosophy of law defines concretely the current ideological situation.
