Dissertation is devoted to administrative protection of natural resources. Formed the concept of administrative and legal protection of natural resources, classified the principles of conservation of natural resources, and disclosed the administrative status of public administration involved in the protection of natural resources. The dissertation presented theoretical generalizations and new research problem solving, as reflected in the definition of administrative protection of natural resources. Found out the concept and content of the mechanism of administrative and legal protection of natural resources. The structure of the mechanism of administrative and legal protection of natural resources and characterized forms, methods and procedures of administrative and legal protection of natural resources. Much attention is paid to international experience defining administrative protection of natural resources in France, the United States, Britain and others. Proved and proposed legislation for improving the administrative and legal protection of natural resources.
