The thesis is devoted to administrative and legal bases legalization basic legal professions (judges, prosecutors, advocates and notaries). The content of administrative procedures for the appointment of judges for the first time, the selection and appointment of judges for permanent appointment of prosecutors, advocates and notaries legalization.
