Nechyporuk J. Аdministrative responsibility for offenсes in the information sector of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to multicenter study of administrative responsibility for offenses in the information sector of Ukraine. The main identity components of the information sphere are revealing in the work. Faults and methods of improvements of legal regulation of information relations are also disclose in the work. Primary focus is on examination of legal composition of information offence. Types of existing information offences are described, new types are proposed, as well as new criteria and types of its classification. System of borders which have the right bring to administrative responsibility in case of information offenses are describes. The order of call to account for administrative responsibility is analyzed in the work. The question of correlation between administrative responsibilities with other types of legal responsibilities is detalized and new amendments to the ruling legislative documents are also recommended.
