Korol M. Development of science human resource capacity in market conditions in Ukraine

The thesis studies theoretical foundations of the development of scientific human resource capacity as an important factor to ensure the competitiveness of the national economy. It characterizes the peculiarities of the development of scientific human resource capacity in market conditions. The thesis analyzes the development of scientific human resource capacity in Ukraine during 2005-2012 and evaluates the financial and economic impact of scientific activity. Principles of prospective development of scientific human resource capacity has been developed by the method of achieving maximum efficiency of management in market conditions. Strategic directions of development of scientific human resource capacity have been outlined basing on the generalization of foreign experience and state regulation of this issue. Possible scenarios of its development, i.e. stagnant, intense, uniform, have been grounded. A multifactor regression correlation model of development of scientific human resource capacity in Ukraine has been constructed.
