The thesis deals with the investigation of the effect of adhesive agents on the oral mucosa, microbiocenosis, and changes of biochemical and physico-chemical indices of the oral fluid in patients using CRLD with worsened retention conditions. Based on the results of clinical and laboratory methods of investigation we have developed and reasoned the therapeutic-and-preventive complex for prophylaxis and treatment of the oral mucosa in 240 patients using adhesive agents.
