The thesis considers the development of the novel effective methods for optimization of hypolipidemic therapy in 140 patients with myocardial infarction in combination with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. The advantage of combination of medium-dose statin therapy with ursodeocholic acid has been proved to achieve clinical - biochemical effectiveness and more favorable profiles of safety as compared to administration of higher doses of statins. Negative outcomes of early discontinuance of statin therapy by patients who underwent acute coronary event have been identified. Branch - medicine.
