The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive research of the regulatory support of cooperation in the field of Ukrainian state border security, the role of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, competent public administration authorities and local population in border regions therein. The concept, essence and peculiarities of cooperation in the field of border protection have been scrutinized.
