Thesis deals with the legal provision of administrative and legal status of persons recognized as refugees in Ukraine. In this paper provided the characteristic of administrative and legal status of persons recognized as refugees in Ukraine. Proved the necessity of applying to persons recognized as refugees of special administrative and legal regime that provides them additional rights and freedoms, as compared to other administrative legal entities, which is associated with low socio-economic adaptation in the host country.
