The dissertation reveals the content of the administrative and legal cooperation in the fight against customs offenses within the EU, a complex theoretical questions studied in its close connection to the legal regulation and law enforcement, which allows to interpolate some of the findings of dissertation research on other areas of administrative and legal cooperation in the EU. Systematized bodies of the EU in the fight against customs offenses according to their competence; reasonably, that the status of the officers interaction, subject to EU law, regardless of membership of the State party cooperation in this integration association.
