Zhyvytska L. Jurisdiction of administrative violations in the administrative process

Within the science of administrative law in Ukraine based on a systematic approach complex research features and patterns of administrative jurisdiction as a necessary institution in the administrative and political and legal realities of the modern nation-building in Ukraine and actual theoretical and practical issues caused them were delivered. The classification of administrative transgressions was done and the connection between the types of the transgressions and their jurisdiction was determined, the general and spherical jurisdiction was determined too. This classification allowed to form the row of proposals to eliminate the problems that arise when the administrative jurisdiction is outlined and dubbing of the activity of state institutions in the determined sphere.
