Ostapenko O. Administrative and legal support of the commercial courts of Ukraine

In the dissertation on the basis of analysis of formation and development of the judiciary in Ukraine is examined the importance of economic justice, are determined principles of organization and functioning of commercial courts, the place, role and competence of commercial courts, as in Ukraine's judicial system either a whole and the value of economic justice development. Special attention is paid to the experience of the activities of commercial courts in foreign countries and the possibility of its use in the current legislation. The concept and features of the principles of organization and functioning of commercial courts are determined. The author's definition of the principles of organization and functioning of commercial courts is given and are clarified their features.
