The objective is the state of national economic structure both in general and as separate types of economic activity. The aim of paper is to develop the theoretical and methodological fundamentals of modelling, metrological evaluation and providing of controlled changes in the national economic structure. The methods are: mathematical statistics, comparison, expert evaluation and simulation modelling, logical generalization of world scientific ideas and legislative acts, system and economic analysis of economy restructure. The integral methodological conception of providing a controlled way to the actions of economy restructure has been theoretically substantiated and developed. The statistical research tools of structural changes in the economy have been given a new content. The scientific ideas of interpretation the subject matter of categories "national economy" and "national economic structure", as well as the conceptual and categorical set adapted to structural changes of diagnostics theory have been given a further development. The conceptual principles of national economy restructure regulation processes as well as scientific and methodological approach to the explication of structural changes in national economy have been improved. The spheres of application are: the institutions engaged in economy restructure programs substantiation and development and the implementation monitoring, the educational process.
