Essay

The paper presents the results of the results of comprehensive clinical, instrumental and laboratory study 247 women: 134 with diffuse mastopathy on the background of hyperplastic processes, 27 - against the background of inflammatory diseases of the uterus, 58 - with nodular pathology of the breast, 28 healthy women of age 19-45 years old. Compared ultrasonic Doppler parameters parenchyma and medial branch thoracic artery in women with diffuse mastopathy with a predominance of glandular, fibrous, cystic components with each other, as well as depending on the presence or absence of fibroids and adenomyosis uteri. These indicators were compared with the level of prolactin, progesterone and estradiol in the blood. The data show that the increase in prolactin levels is accompanied by an extension of the milk ducts, thickening of the walls, the formation of cysts. In all forms of mastitis diffuse into the first phase of the cycle progesterone levels were significantly higher than in healthy women, but the growth of the hormone during the second phase, on the contrary lower than in healthy women. The use of color elastography has shown that its efficiency in diffuse mastopathy worse than the diagnosis of local pathology - specificity 46.7% and 57.1% respectively.
