Dudukalo G. Mechanisms to ensure effective management of the personnel of engineering enterprises

The thesis is formulated, researched and solved scientific problem by improving the theoretical and methodological foundations and providing practical recommendations for improvement and evaluation mechanisms to ensure effective management of the personnel of engineering enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to improve and to develop the theoretical and methodological provisions for improvement and evaluation mechanisms that provide effective management of engineering enterprises personnel. The analysis of the dynamics of the socio-economic performance of engineering enterprises in Ukraine is conducted on the basis of the main problems of the domestic machine-building enterprises. The assessment of the level of effectiveness of personnel management of enterprises is made by calculating the integral indicator of the effectiveness of personnel management. The conceptual propositions of the mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of personnel management are provided in accordance with functional-structural approach. The use of scientific results as scientific and methodological basis in the personnel management of engineering enterprises will enhance the performance of their effectiveness and the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage.
