The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of the public law disputes resulting from social legal relations entity, to determine the scope of relationships, from which they arise, to implementation of the classification of such disputes, and to establishing of the peculiarities of the judicial review of their by administrative courts, to identify the shortcomings of the current legislation, which regulates the procedure for their solution and to improvement of the legislation through justify the proposals for adjustments of it.
