Dissertation represents a complex research of forms of administrative-jurisdictional activity of organs of internal affairs. It conducts analysis of external and internal competence of organs of internal affairs in the sphere of administrative-jurisdictional activity. The work proposes means of enhancement of external acts of jurisdictional influence in the sphere of administrative norms application, as well as administrative-legal mechanism of jurisdictional authorities' realization.
