Essay

Dissertation is devoted the administrative and legal bases of the state supervision over the observance of labor legislation, taking into account international experience and modern scientific thought. It is proved that legal structure of state supervision in the sphere of labour in Ukraine does not meet current international standards in this area. Administrative and legal bases of state supervision over compliance with labor laws were considered and it was proved that the administrative and legal relations are realized on the basis of supervision of administrative law in the field of labor relations.
