Senyuk O. Administrative law regulation of student's military training in military academies and military training units of Ukraine's higher educational institutions

The dissertation has set out the course of results study of administrative and legal regulation of replenishment system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reserve officers - student's military training in higher military education and in military training units of higher education institutions. At the first stage of this study the author has defined historical periods in the development of this system. In particular, the circumstances in which the system of military training of students have been formed, the first form of this training. In the context of the genesis study of student's military training a special place has been defined for national historical features of the administrative law regulation, the author has proposed a periodization of such process and highlighted the basic laws.
