Essay

Based on comparative legal analysis of complex research of legal regulation of financial control and auditing of compliance with bank secrecy as a kind of classified information. Argued that the establishment of effective financial control over compliance auditing and banking secrecy, without studying the formation of thought, historical and legal analysis of the emergence and development of financial control, auditing and banking, impossible. Author determined peculiarities of legal regulation of the financial monitoring compliance auditing and banking secrecy in foreign countries on the basis of which conclusions about the direction of improving the legislation of Ukraine.
