Essay

Object - standard strains of microorganisms and opportunistic microbial symbionts isolated from the oral cavity with dental caries and periodontitis, drugs nanoparticles; goal - to evaluate the nature of influence of low-intensity laser (ІLIL) radiation on opportunistic pathogens, including symbionts of oral cavity, involved in the development of dental caries and periodontal disease, as well as the characterization of antimicrobial effect of combined use of laser radiation with antimicrobial chemotherapeutical drugs and nanoparticles; methods - microscopic, bacteriological, morphological, statistical; results - for the first time, there were investigated the action of ІLIL on the blue spectrum on opportunistic symbionts isolated from the oral cavity, effect on their growth and set ultrastructural changes of cells and cell structures of microorganisms under the influence of this factor; for the first time combined effect of antibacterial and antifungal agents of different groups on the test microorganisms was investigated; for the first time the action of laser radiation in association with nanoparticles was studied; the adhesive abilities after the influence of isolated microorganisms exposed to ІLIL also were found; the efficacy of ІLIL blue and red spectra against studied strains of microorganisms were compared; branch – medicine.
