Skoromnyy Y. Administratitve services in the agricultural sector of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological, administrative and legal, institutional and organizational bases of the provision the administrative services in agriculture sector of Ukraine in the conditions of development the public - service state. The concept of the provision the administrative services in agriculture sector of Ukraine, which is based on theoretical and legal framework for the provision these services, organizational and legal standards of providing these services in European countries and takes into account the features of the agricultural sector in Ukraine is worked out. The legal, institutional and organizational support of the provision the administrative services in agriculture sector of Ukraine is complexly studied. The system model of subjects of provision the administrative services in agriculture sector of Ukraine is proposed and justified. The concept of forming the legal provision of administrative services in agriculture sector of Ukraine is defined. The classification of administrative services in this industry is given. The structure and authority of the subjects of provision the administrative services in the agricultural sector of Ukraine is defined. The approach of the improving the provision of administrative services is worked out and the suggestions for the development the public service legislation of Ukraine, including the agriculture sphere, are made.
