Illarionova S. Forms and ways to protect workers' rights in conditions of the market economy.

This research focuses on the basic forms and methods of protection of labor rights in conditions of the market economy. In the results of the study the concept of form and methods of protection of labor rights was defined, their main types were distinguished and characterized, and also the mechanism of legal regulation forms and methods of protection of labor rights at the national and international level was defined. Particular attention is paid to the study of each group of forms of protection of labor rights, such as jurisdictional and non jurisdictional and also to the detailed study of ways of protection of labor rights. The basic problems are formulated and a number of proposals to improve the legal regulation of modern forms and methods of protection of labor rights are made.
