Havrilova O. Legal regulation of the compulsory state social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases

Dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and legal framework of the compulsory state social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases. In the study the research of the current legislation of Ukraine in the regulation of this type of social insurance is made and the opportunity of using the foreign experience of state social insurance against accidents at work is justified. The categorial-conceptual apparatus is determined, such as: "risk insurance", "insurance case", "compulsory state social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases", "principles of social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases", "relationship with mandatory state social insurance from an industrial accident".
