Essay

The work is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of multi-pair friction units of band-block brakes of drawworks by using combined brake bands. There have been considered elements of the theory of contact interaction of primary and secondary band. There has been shown the interaction of micropoints of metal-polymer friction pairs of brake with justification pulse nature and contact nature. There has been reviewed the thermal stresses state of rim of brake pulleys.
