Levytskyi V. Management of quality of blocks of decorative stone through the use of digital photogrammetry

This research focuses on patterns of change in the quality of commodity block production in a previous identification and determination of geometrical parameters of natural jointing, modeling and planning out the final block products and finished products based on the proposed digital photogrammetric techniques. Developed digital land fototheodolitic survey of array of natural stone and block products based on rational parameters set shooting and estimated impact of photography distance on the accuracy of the length and area of cracks of photogrammetric and tacheometric methods. Developed methods of numerical analysis of natural cracks and determine the volume of trade blocks remote digital tools that are implemented in the programs "Crack detector" and "Passport trade block". Was determined the technological parameters of extraction of decorative stone blocks, namely ledge height, width, and height of the monoliths, on the lowest values of functions specific economic costs of separation of the monolith from array and minimal loss of block production, making it possible to provide the highest quality of block products on the quarries where surveys were performed.
