Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development and substantiation principle theoretical row and methodic recommendations with improve the ensure efficiency resource management for construction enterprises which allow to accept the most substantiated management decisions. In this thesis improved interpretation of the concept "ensure efficiency enterprise resource management ", this was supplemented with the use of logistic criteria. The essence of enterprise resource management on logistics principles substantiated theoretical and methodological principle has been investigated and methodical approach to ensure efficiency resource management construction enterprise, which is based on a logistic criterion for parameters (quantity, quality, time, and cost), has been proposed. The results of efficiency and resource management construction enterprises Ukraine has been analyzed, methodical approach to assessing resource efficiency construction enterprise has been improved and an approach to determine the cogency coefficients of different resources to assess resource efficiency and ensuring efficiency resource management of construction enterprises has been suggested. Approach to assessing ensure efficiency of resource management construction enterprise that provides calculation integrated parameter ensuring has been improved, that providing calculation integrated parameter ensuring, approach to assessing influence of external environment to ensure the efficient management of resources, which takes into consideration factors mezzo and macro environment has been substantiated, an approach to balancing indicators by ensuring logistical criteria involves the creation of an optimization model and determine the optimal parameter values ensure efficiency of resource management has been suggested.
