Dissertation is sanctified to research of administrative law bases of Government fiscal service of Ukraine after the giving of administrative services, forming of the theoretical positions and practical conclusions. The main attention is spared on research of the concept and maintain administrative services the organs of GFS, as the result authorial determination of the concept of administrative service of GFS was formed as to well-regulated a law public activity of organ(public servant) of GFS, which sent to realization of rights, freedoms and legal interests of physical and legal persons in the field of the taxes and collections, custom and other payments by the acceptance of corresponding administrative act and this authorial determination was formed.
