The problem questions of administrative responsibility in the sphere of electro energy are researched. The work deals with such notions as "administrative legal protection", "administrative responsibility in the sphere of electroenergetics", "administrative transgressions in the sphere of electroenergetics". The main periods of formation and development of administrative responsibility in the sphere of electroenergetics were determined and characterized. The peculiarities of administrative responsibility in the sphere of electroenergetics were determined too. The peculiar signs of administrative transgressions in the sphere of electroenergetics were considered and their classification was made.
