Surnyk V. Administrative - legal status of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.

The thesis is a monographic study that the essence of administrative and legal status and legal nature of the formation and development of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine; Conceptual, general, administrative, legal, organizational principles and grounds of its use of modern scientific achievements of computer science and other scientific knowledge of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine; solved the rights and obligations of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine as a body of the judiciary and legal features ensure public order in the trials; found in the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System" problem of information and analytical support of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and organizational structure. Analyzes existing and developed new approaches to understanding the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine as a body in the judicial system, and the problem of international experience in implementing legal and organizational support of the courts and their bodies, and recommendations to improve the activity of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. Suggestions and recommendations to improve the activities of public authorities to ensure implementation of administrative and legal status of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
