Kucher V. The prosecutor supervising under the investigation of economic crimes

The dissertation is the first comprehensive monographic research, which provides the complex criminal procedure and criminality research of prosecutor supervision of the investigation of economic crimes, based on the general provisions of the theory of criminal law and procedure, criminality, criminology, and the results of the study materials forensic and prosecutorial practices, summarizing statistical data and conducted surveys of practitioners. The work describes the concept and essence of prosecutor supervision under preliminary investigation, its relationship with the procedural guidance of preliminary investigation, legal principles of prosecutor supervision, its objectives, scope and form. Its considers the investigation of economic crimes as an object of prosecutor supervision. The paper analyzes the features of prosecutor supervision at the initial, further and final stages of the investigation of economic crimes. The work sets the following forms of prosecutor supervision of the preliminary investigation: 1) the procedural guidance of preliminary investigation; 2) the inspection the investigator and subordinate prosecutors activity in the criminal proceedings; 3) the general inspection of preliminary investigation bodies activity. The work improves the scientific statements about the concept and essence of prosecutor supervision and procedural guidance, their relationship.
