Danilchenko R. Formation of the grain market of Ukraine in the context of globalization of agribusiness

The dissertation summarizes the results of the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of mechanism of formation of grain Ukraine market conditions in a globalized agribusiness. The essence of the concept of market conditions and globalization agribusiness main factors of influence on the formation conditions of the grain market, summarizes the main approaches and methods of analysis of market conditions grain. A monitoring conditions of modern grain market in Ukraine, the main levers of state regulation of grain market, provided analytical review of world grain market and the place Ukraine in its formation. Given the weather conditions of formation of the grain market, the necessity of forming effective mechanisms of regulation and reasonably basic aspects of their application. A creation in regional food fund whose primary purpose is to ensure the food security of the region and promote the agricultural sector as a whole. The main components of the regional fund will reserve grain fund, including the strategic reserve and insurance fund and fund regulation of the grain market. Also effective form of association will fund food grain exporters. Determining the size of the reserve fund is proposed to considering the stochastic nature of the yield of grain crops on the basis of using probability theory. To determine the fair price of grain proposed indexing method to use grain price at which costs are taken into account, bearing farmers to inputs and services to third parties, as well as price indices for resources.
