The dissertation summarizes the results of the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of mechanism of state support resource potential of agrarian enterprises. The method of determining the amount of the differentiated needs state support to agricultural producers at the regional level, the degree of resource potential and use of factor cost recovery, based on an assessment of the efficiency of enterprise subsystems and climatic conditions that can achieve a simple, advanced or innovative play. The technique of determining the priorities of state support, which is based on the definition of the integral performance index that takes into account the indexes of functional subsystems agricultural enterprises, technological, economic, social and environmental. In order to strengthen the agricultural sector, effectively increasing the number of operating companies proposed the introduction of a differentiated approach to the allocation of public funds in the plant, which takes into account the quality of the soil and climatic conditions.
