Reasonably basic directions of state policy in the sphere of culture. Propose a strategic tool of state policy in the sphere of culture. An approach to the formation of an effective mechanism for the implementation of public-private partnership in the field of culture. Defined and the directions of improvement of the system of budgeting sphere of Culture of Ukraine. Suggested organizational and economic mechanism and formulated scientific and practical proposals for implementation of the state policy in the sphere of culture.
