Essay

The dissertation includes essential characteristics of organizational and economic support of small capacity accommodation operation. The shortcomings of legal support of small capacity hotel enterprises operation in Ukraine are generalized. The rates of small capacity hotel enterprises performance in Odesa region are calculated. The author highlights the main problems existing in the small hotels operation and the ways of their support. A segmentation of hotel enterprises using taxonomic analysis is done and the recommendations for the small hotels operation are given.
