Dissertation is devoted to the ground of theoretical and methodical bases and development of practical recommendations in relation to realization of mechanisms of management by the economic results of activity of food enterprises. Conception of forming of mechanism of management by the economic results of activity on food enterprises is developed in work; interpretation of economic categories of "economic result" and "income" of enterprise is developed; the methodically-informative tool of management by the economic results of activity on food enterprises is improved; methodical approach in research of level of management by the economic results of activity of food enterprises is improved.
