These Thesis are an independent philosophical and religious research study, which analyze the process of transformation in apprehension of miracle phenomenon by the contemporary catholic theology starting from metaphysical objectivistic to the postmetaphysical semiotic. Using the conceptual analysis the author had revealed the special aspects in the apprehension of miracle in the New Testament, Augustins' conception, Thomistic tradition and "catholic modernist's" works, which enabled the deduction of genesis of modern catholic miracle theology. The author also followed up the way how the miracle was apprehended in the contemporary catholic apologetics and revealed the reasons which gave impact on this process. In apologetic meaning of miracle phenomenon, the main accent was put into the analysis of semiotic conception of miracle, and its' structural elements along with the stages of its formation and were determined. The author also reviewed the special aspects of apprehension of historical background of Biblical miracles and its demythologization in modern Catholic Biblical studies.
