In the dissertation the concept of the electoral process is clarified, the general characteristic is given, features of this legal phenomenon are distinguished. The concept is formulated and features of the electoral system are defined. Essence and features of the modern model of election administration in Ukraine are found out, as a way of ensuring citizens voting rights.
