The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for an effective management of innovation and investment development of agricultural enterprises. The work done making recommendations to intensify innovation and investment development of agricultural production and the effective management of this development. The basic problem of innovation and investment development: a low share of state budget expenditures on science.
