In dissertation was determined essence, maintenance and features of crisis- management of enterprises business-streams, present and perspective directions of overcoming of crisis situation on the enterprises of food industry and processing sector of AIC, and also grounded methodical bases of food enterprises business-streams crisis-management. Determined present state and directions of overcoming of the crisis phenomena in the enterprises-producers of meat and meat products, analysed the systems of crisis-management of enterprises business-streams, formed the apрroach for estimation of market value of enterprises.
