Essay

The thesis deals with the analyses of the bottom holes conditions and questions of emergencies by construction and repairs of oil and gas wells as well as the construction of the magnetic fishing tools used in boreholes. The requirements for the tools magnetic systems are determined and the main criteria of their effectiveness are explored. The new constructions of armor magnetic systems based on rare-earth neodymium magnets are developed. The process of redistribution of magnetic fluxes during the interaction of the magnetic system with ferromagnetic object using the finite element method is explored. The rational geometric dimensions of the systems elements with minimum scattering of magnetic fluxes are determined and the action of high temperatures on the power characteristics of the magnetic systems is established. The reliability of researches and design techniques of the magnetic systems with high power and magnetic features are experimentally confirmed. The constructions of the magnetic tools with nine dimension-types are developed and their industrial testing is conducted.
