Luchyk M. Ensuring the economic security of Agriculture

The object of study - the process of ensuring the economic security of Agriculture. Purpose - to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the economic security of agriculture in modern conditions. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the classical economic theory, the fundamental works of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of economic security of Agriculture, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine on the economic security of the agricultural sector, the revival of villages and rural areas. During the research methods were used: monographic, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, economic and statistical analysis, grouping, table-graphics, display, integrated assessment of economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting, information and logical analysis. In this paper improved: the structure of the economic security of agriculture; monitoring system of economic security Ukrainian agriculture; approaches to substantiate the structure and functioning of the mechanism of economic security of Agriculture. Were further developed: the definition of economic security of Agriculture; scientific and practical recommendations on how to determine the state of the economic security of agriculture; components of food security assessment; economic and mathematical model selection strategy for economic security of Agriculture; prognostic assessment of the level of economic security of Agriculture. Scientific-methodical and practical recommendations to ensure the economic security of agriculture found in the applications of the Department of Economic Development of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration in the development of measures aimed at the realization of the state agrarian policy at the regional level to ensure food security; Department of Statistics Kamenetz-Podolsk district of Khmelnitsky region of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine - in the justification of recommendations aimed at overcoming disparities in economic and social development of the regions; activities Kamenetz-Podolsk district council Khmelnitsky region - in the preparation of the Programme of socio-economic development of Kamenetz-Podolsk district in 2014 and elaborated program of investment in the economy Kamenetz-Podolsk district, 2011-2020; Management of Agricultural Development Kitsman district administration Chernivtsi region - in the distribution of local budgets, creating a high-tech agricultural enterprises, optimizing the choice of priority directions of development of the agricultural sector area to address the problems of employment.
