Melnyk A. Management innovation in the repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises

Object of this research is innovation in the regulation of repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is the justification of theoretical principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the management of innovation in the repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises. The author implemented methods of abstract and logic, monographs, theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis system and economic analysis, economic and statistical, graphical interpretation of economic and mathematical modelling, organizing, and sociological method. Checking of the research results was carried out by expert opinion. The theoretical value is to improve existing theoretical statements of innovation in the repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty covers the methodical approach to the implementation and management of innovation in the repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises based on the functional areas of management; it is proved RMS classification system repair and maintenance; scientific and methodological approaches to expert evaluation of the results of engineering and administrative work in the system repair and maintenance; forms of repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises; system of effective interaction of innovation management; interpretation of the concept of ‘innovation management’; methodological approaches to the introduction of foreign experience of repair and maintenance of agricultural production in the domestic practice management; identified trends of repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises. The object of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises on the basis of innovation. Recommendations of the author are used for the improvement of management innovation in the repair and maintenance of agricultural enterprises. The sphere of authors’ recommendations is domestic farms.
