Essay

Thesis is devoted to the definition of the role of chronic gastrointestinal pathology in the mechanisms of development of dental caries and chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children 7-15 years of age and pathogenetic substantiation method for correcting its negative impact. Clinical studies have established that the main factors of destruction of hard dental tissues and inflammation in periodontal tissues in children with chronic gastrointestinal diseases is a violation microbiocenosis, reducing non-specific resistance in the oral cavity as well as irregularities in the composition and properties of oral liquid and show the effectiveness of treatment complex destination in which consists of mucosal gel Kvertulin, Calcium D and Latsidofil dental caries and catarrhal gingivitis.
