Essay

The high prevalence and intensity of dental caries among young people in Ivano-Frankivsk and Ivano-Frankivsk region, and also revealed a high demand for the treatment of caries and its complications. It was shown that the open for a long time root canals with chronic periodontitis increases the risk of development and strengthening of dental pathology. It has been shown that chronic periodontitis increases the total colonization of the oral cavity. A scheme of antiseptic treatment of root canals and oral cavity in the treatment of chronic periodontitis in patients with intact periodontium and its inflammatory diseases, and prove its clinical efficacy.
