Mykhailov O. Legal status of another participants of the administrative legal procedure in Ukraine

Dissertation is sanctified to complex scientific research of legal status of another participants of the administrative legal procedure. The definitions of the terms the participant of the administrative legal procedure and other participants of the administrative legal procedure are improved. It is stated that legal status is a multidimensional, complex, universal category which has a clear, stable structure and sets characters and principles of co-operation of subjects of public relations within each other. It is certain that one participant of process can not execute the functions of another participant of the process. The criteria of classification of subjects of the administrative legal procedure are worked out. Considering "tracing" of the group of another participants of the administrative legal procedure and her heterogeneity, consequently the criteria of differentiation of another participants of the administrative legal procedure are distinguished.
