Reserch object are:the process of transaction costs formation at the industry enterprises. Subject of research: the theoretical providing, methodological approaches, methods, tools, and scientific and practical recommendations to the process of foundation the transaction costs influence on the outsourcing implementation at the industrial enterprises. Research objective: development of theoretical positions, improving scientific and methodological tools to account the impact of the transaction costs on the outsourcing implementation at the industrial enterprises production activities. Methods: generalization, expert opinions, economic and statistical analysis, synthesis, system and situational approaches, cluster analysis, correlation and regression analysis, game theory, fuzzy set theory, simulation modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the development and improvement of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for outsourcing implementation at the industrial enterprises production activities taking into account the impact of transaction costs that allows evaluating the results of outsourcing at the industrial enterprises. Novelty: improved the definition and classification of production activity transaction costs; developed the approach to efficiency calculating of outsourcing production activities at the enterprise; the methodical recommendations for an integrated risks analysis taking into account the transaction costs estimation. Degree of implementation: the results of research have been implemented at practical activity of the SSPE "Kommunar Corporation", LLC "NVP KES", in the educational process NTU "KPI".
